Sound healing is a practice that welcomes all ages, as its benefits can be experienced at any stage of life. However, for minors, a parent or guardian must provide approval before attending a session.
For very young children, a one-on-one session or custom offering is often more suitable than a group sound healing session. This ensures the experience is tailored to their unique needs, allowing them to fully engage and benefit in a way that’s comfortable for them.
If you’re interested in exploring options for a child’s session, we’d love to discuss how sound healing can be adapted to create a meaningful and soothing experience.

Sound healing is a gentle, supportive practice, but it is not a replacement for medical treatment. If you are currently managing a health condition, it’s always best to consult with your doctor or healthcare provider to determine whether sound healing is suitable for you.
Many individuals find sound healing to be deeply relaxing and beneficial, but certain conditions—such as sound sensitivity or implanted medical devices—may require additional considerations. If you have any concerns, we’re happy to discuss ways to tailor the experience to ensure your comfort and well-being.
Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we encourage you to make the choice that feels best for you.

Sound healing is generally considered a gentle and supportive practice during pregnancy, offering relaxation and stress relief. However, every pregnancy is unique, and it’s always best to consult with your doctor or healthcare provider before attending a session—especially during the first trimester.
If you’d like a more personalized approach, private sessions or custom offerings may be ideal, allowing for adjustments based on your needs. Your safety and relaxation are our top priorities, and we’re here to support you in creating a nurturing experience.

Absolutely! Sound healing is not just about what you hear—it’s about what you feel. Vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes travel through the body, creating a deeply restorative experience that goes beyond traditional hearing.
Whether you choose to keep your hearing aids in or remove them, the healing frequencies can still be absorbed and felt at a cellular level. Many individuals with hearing aids find sound healing to be a soothing and immersive experience, as the vibrations promote relaxation and balance.
Ultimately, it’s a personal choice, and you’re encouraged to do what feels most comfortable for you. If you have any concerns, we’re happy to discuss ways to tailor the experience to ensure you receive the full benefits of sound healing.

Your personal comfort matters! While many participants choose to lie down on a mat, sound healing is about relaxation and ease, so you’re encouraged to find a position that feels best for you.
Some attendees bring a reclining lounge chair, extra cushions, or supportive bolsters to enhance their comfort and fully relax into the healing vibrations. Whether you prefer to sit, recline, or lie down, the benefits of sound healing remain the same—allowing you to immerse yourself in soothing frequencies and experience deep restoration.
If you have any specific comfort needs, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to help you create the best possible experience.

Despite the name, a sound bath doesn’t involve water at all! Instead of soaking in a tub, you’ll lie down on a mat, close your eyes, and immerse yourself in waves of soothing sound.
The term “bath” refers to the way sound washes over you, surrounding you in vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. It’s a deeply relaxing experience designed to help quiet the mind, release tension, and restore balance—no swimsuits required!

Sound healing is designed to be effortless and accessible, requiring little to no preparation.
For group sessions, you’re welcome to bring a pillow, blanket, or eye mask for added comfort. Most pop-up locations will provide yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets for your use.
For private sessions, you’ll relax on a massage table, with a pillow, blanket, and eye mask provided—though you’re welcome to bring personal items if preferred.
Above all, the most important thing to bring is an open heart and mind, allowing yourself to fully embrace the healing experience.

A traditional 1:1 sound healing session is 90 minutes, allowing time for an intake conversation, immersive sound healing experience, and a closing debrief to integrate the session’s effects.
Group sound baths follow a similar structure, with 90 minutes allotted to ensure participants have ample time to settle in, experience the healing vibrations, and reflect afterward.
For custom offerings, session length varies based on the occasion, group size, and specific needs. Whether it’s a private gathering, corporate wellness event, or special celebration, we’ll tailor the experience to fit the moment.
If you have any questions about session length or customization, we’d love to connect and create the perfect experience for you!
